The travel bug has bitten me hard and, apart from photography, my other passion is travelling – the world is a vast and amazing place to be explored, right? I’m in the middle of taking my ‘gap year’ in chunks (since 2014 – I’m 26 weeks in!) and usually have another trip planned or on the horizon. There are just so many places to see and cultures to experience. Watching the sun rise or set over a snow capped mountain, a high altitude desert, a vast ocean or simply anywhere in the world reminds me how lucky we are and that, whatever happens in life, the days will always come and go so we have to make the most of them.
